In mid 2018, Woozle was commissioned to conduct a series of targeted surveys with professional insurance brokers at a target list of small and medium sized insurance firms provided by our client. Woozle completed 50 interviews with insurance brokers to gather first-hand intelligence on their usage of software as a service (Saas) insurance platforms. Our client received two written reports, all the underlying quantitative and qualitative data, and was able to schedule several catch-up calls to discuss high-level insights and next steps during the life of the project. Woozle was able to deliver all of this in just 12 days – and was the only provider that was able to offer a solution that met the clients needs.
