Confidential information, including material non-public information (MNPI), is never shared. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on the solicitation or disclosure of MNPI during consultations, ensuring your data stays secure.
Sources are legally bound to uphold their contractual obligations.Every source agrees that their participation must not breach any legal, fiduciary, or contractual duties they may have.
Your identity and shared information are fully protected. We ensure that your identity and any information you provide during consultations remain confidential at all times.

You can trust that every source working with Woozle is fully trained on their compliance responsibilities. Our comprehensive training program includes:
A complete understanding of market abuse and insider trading regulations. Specialists are trained to recognize MNPI, understand why it’s illegal to share or act on it, and how it affects you as an investor.
Strict confidentiality obligations are emphasized. Specialists are taught the importance of keeping your proprietary information confidential during consultations.
Compliance with anti-bribery and corruption rules is required. Specialists are instructed on how to follow global anti-bribery and corruption laws, ensuring that all interactions are above board.
Training on identifying compliance risks during consultations. Specialists learn how to spot potential legal or contractual risks and prevent them from impacting your research.

3. Source Screening and Due Diligence
We take extra steps to ensure our sources meet the highest compliance standards. Our screening process includes:
Prohibiting specialists from discussing their current employers. Specialists are restricted from discussing their current employer during consultations, protecting you from conflicts of interest.
Ensuring specialists have no recent ties to the company in question. If the consultation involves a specific company, specialists must have been unaffiliated with that company for at least six months.
Restricting specialists involved with unpublished clinical trials. Specialists who have access to unpublished clinical trial data are not allowed to consult on related topics, protecting the integrity of your research.
Applying strict compliance rules to government employees. Specialists currently working as government officials are restricted from certain consultations to prevent conflicts.
We also apply additional restrictions as necessary, ensuring that your research is always in full compliance with the highest ethical standards.
